Proactive Properties, LLC has land holdings in Twentynine Palms, California, home of the largest U.S. Marine base and just a short drive from Palm Springs, CA.  The city also boasts being the gateway to Joshua Tree National Park which has over 900,000 acres and over 3 million visitors per year, making it the 10th busiest national park in the U.S.

Our current property inventory consists of approximately 1262 acres, all within the city limits of Twentynine Palms, California. The properties include residential as well as commercial uses.

Our premier commercial property is a 20-acre commercial corner at one of the main intersections on the northeast corner of Amboy and Adobe Road. Most of the other commercial parcels are on the main north-south corridor called Adobe Road.

The residential parcels include a 100 acre site with tentative map approval for 342 homes and an adjacent 80 acre parcel with similar 4U/ac density zoning.

On March 31, 2014, the Tortoise Rock Casino opened in Twentynine Palms to a capacity crowd. The casino is operated by the Twentynine Palms Band of Mission Indians, which also operates the Spotlight 29 Casino in nearby Coachella, CA. The Casino is located across the street from 40-acres owned by Proactive Properties, LLC.
